Paint Correction

Bowman Auto Detailing is happy to offer our clients a meticulous paint correction, which is a thorough process using the highest quality products to clean your vehicle and remove scratches, swirl marks, holograms, and “love marks” to give your vehicle a mirror shine and improve the overall appearance of your vehicle while also protecting your vehicle against the sun’s harmful UV rays and environmental contaminants. 

• Pre-soak with foam to loosen dirt and bugs
• Wash the exterior
• Clean tires, painted brake calipers, wheels, and inner wheel wells (where we can reach without removing the wheels) using a dedicated wheel bucket and tools
• Strip old wax off the vehicle
• Paint decontamination by clay bar and/or chemical paint decontamination to remove contamination embedded in the vehicle's clear coat
• Apply tire dressing
• Clean the exterior glass/windows and side mirrors
• Clean emblems
• Clean exhaust tips
• Prep vehicle for paint correction
• Compound and/or polish paint to remove scratches, swirl marks, holograms, and “love marks” (as a professional detailer, I try to preserve as much clear coat as possible while delivering the desired results so I try the least aggressive approach first, but if that does not give the desired result then I will include a two-step paint correction/buffing if there is enough clear coat remaining on your vehicle); there is no guarantee every scratch will come out depending on how much clear coat there is to work with or how deep the scratch is, but you should see a significant improvement in the appearance and shine of the vehicle
• Hand apply ceramic or graphene wax that provides up to 6 months of protection

• Wheels Off Ceramic Coating Package: Jack up vehicle to remove wheels, clean fender wheel wells, painted brake calipers, inner wheel barrels and face of wheels; and apply System X ceramic to painted brake calipers, inner wheel barrels and face of the wheels to protect wheels and painted calipers, enhance shine, and potentially make them easier to clean 
• 3 Step (or more) Paint Correction/Buffing or Extra Time Spent on a Panel: performed to get the paint as close to perfection as I possibly can (there is no guarantee every scratch will come out depending on how deep they are) and is the perfect option for show vehicles 
• Substitute wax with professional ceramic topper that gives glass like shine and hydrophobic properties that last up to 9 months (recommended for show cars) 
• Substitute wax with graphene paste wax that lasts up to 12 months 
• Apply wheel wax to face of the wheels
• Tire Coating: A durable eco-friendly, silicon free tire coating is applied to your vehicle’s tires that will make the tires hydrophobic and help repel dirt while increasing gloss 
• Undercarriage Spray: Pressure washes underneath the vehicle (undercarriage) to help remove dirt, road grime, and/or road salt 
• Exterior Glass Polishing: Remove hard water spots and fine scratches (there is no guarantee every scratch will come out depending on how deep they are) using a special glass polish to help restore the vehicle’s windshield, rear window, and/or side windows without distortion (we recommend this service for ceramic coatings) 
• Chrome/Metal Polishing: Chrome and metal trim oxidizes over time as anyone who has owned a vehicle from the ‘50s or ‘60s has most-likely discovered.  This service is intended to help restore that beautiful shine on chrome and/or metal trim or wheels (Note: This service is not meant for rusted parts)
